United march into West third round

CUMBERNAULD notched up a 2-0 win at the weekend to march into the third round of the New Coin Automatics West of Scotland Cup.

Goals by Ben Mills and Gary Gibson gave the Guy's Meadow side victory in this second-round tie against Larkhall Thistle.

United are back in league action again this Saturday when they travel to face Cambuslang Rangers.

The Cumbernauld United Original Supporters' Club bus for this game will leave Guy's Meadow at 12.25 p.m. and Town Centre at 12.30 p.m.
