Up for the cup!
WORLD Cup fever hit Cumbernauld recently when two ‘nations’ faced each other in the final of a ‘prestigious’ competition.
The event was the annual St. Andrew’s Primary School World Cup football competition run for P4 to P7 youngsters.
A total of 80 children took part with the final taking place between ‘Ghana’ and ‘Venezuela’.
All the youngsters who took part had a fantastic time and are looking forward to next year’s event.
