Pupils take a step back in time
ENGLISH students at St Maurice’s were transported back in time to the Renaissance last week when children’s author Teresa Flavin visited the school.
The artist and writer has been shortlisted for the 2011 Scottish Children’s Book Awards and met with pupils to discuss her recent novel, Blackhope Enigma.

Hide AdThe afternoon was organised in conjunction with Kilsyth-based Scotia Books and provided pupils with the opportunity to meet one of the most promising new authors and get under the skin of her book.
