Carluke group get equipped for work in Malawi
And they have raised a staggering £17,650 to fund their trip.
Accompanying Karen next month are Sharon Wilson, and teenagers Megan Hoey, Ruth Leggate, and Bethany Pringle, who are Sunday School leaders at St John’s Church in Carluke, and her son James Gillon, the youngest at 14.

Hide AdWhile in Blantyre, Malawi, they will be working with the Open Arms charity which runs five foster homes for orphans, and then will carry out work to a nursery.
The teenagers will also get to meet Halima, a little girl the Sunday School sponsors.
And Homebase in Lanark have helped with the materials they will need for their work.
