Replay’s last gig

Review: The Replay, Garage 2, February 3

THIS was the last gig for The Replay before their name change to ‘Vagabond Poets’, performing a mixture of new songs and fan favourites.

They have built up a massive following, with the band gaining confidence with every performance. The new material doesn’t mark a massive shift in sound but the band have definitely shifted up a gear with new songs ‘Scandals’, ‘Mansion Of Many Rooms’ and the night’s highlight ‘Other End Of The Telescope’. It’s hard not to get carried away with this four-piece from Cumbernauld but I’m sure we can expect huge things from them to come. So we say goodbye to The Replay, if only in name, and look forward to some exciting times ahead with Vagabond Poets – BRING IT ON!
