It’s also a different picture in neighbouring West Dunbartonshire where cases are still rising – with 81 cases per 100,000 people in the latest week and 72 positive cases in total – a rise of 17 from the previous week.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon will address the Scottish Parliament at 2.20pm today (Tuesday). Ms Sturgeon will make a 20-minute speech before taking questions for 40 minutes.
The speech will be broadcast live on the Scottish government Twitter page, which you can still watch even if you don’t have a Twitter account.
